Free Shipping & Discounts

  • offers Free Shipping to the continental United States on orders totalling $1500.00 USD or more, with shipping not to exceed 10% of the order total quoted at time of shipment. Customer agrees to pay the difference on shipping cost at time of shipment. Orders consisting of linear length products under 8′ typically ship completely free of charge to a commercial address.  Residential deliveries and lengths over 8′ may require an additional charge.  Customers will be required to pay the remainder for shipping rates greater than 10% of the order total. Call us for additional information about your order if you have questions.
  • Orders under $1500.00 USD are charged according to weight, location and size based on the appropriate shipping method. If your shipping address is in one of the few non-direct locations we will contact you promptly to make special arrangements.
  • Only one discount may be applied to each order (customers can’t use two coupons or receive two discounts on same order).


  • Orders are shipped with FedEx or truck lines at’s discretion.
  • Orders with products over 8’ in length are shipped by truck lines and may incur additional shipping charges.
  • Common in-stock items ship in 1-3 business days.  Non-stock items ship in 2-4 weeks.  Typical transit times within the U.S. are 2-5 days. All time-frames may change depending on nature of the product and size of order.

Shipping Damages

  • It is objective to get you beautiful and undamaged balustrade components in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, accidents can happen during shipping. In order to ensure the process as easy as possible for you to make a damaged goods claim, please follow these simple steps:
    1. Inspect all components and packaging before signing for receipt of shipment. If boxes are at all damaged, please notify the driver and make sure he/she documents it.
    2. Digitally photograph all damaged products and packaging. Email these images to within 72 hours of receipt of shipment. To ensure receipt send only 2 picture attachments per email. Make sure you send both a close-up and far away picture of each problem.
    3. A customer service representative will then contact you within one business day of receiving your email to assist with your claim.
    4. Please remember to keep all packaging!

Change Orders

  • It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the products in their cart including but not limited to components, options such as plows and fluting, wood species, iron powder coat, etc. prior to submitting the order.
  • Once the order has been submitted, all products will be manufactured and shipped as ordered.

Wood Product Returns

  • Most of our wood products are custom built for you and are therefore not returnable.  However, stock items in sellable condition may be returned for a 30% restocking fee plus freight charges at our sole discretion.
  • Opened products that have been approved to be returned by must be repackaged in such a way that it is not damaged during the return transit.
  • A return authorization must first be requested from within 60 days from time of shipment. Returns without a return authorization will be refused delivery and returned to you.
  • Credit will not be given to products returned after 60 days from time of original shipment.

Iron Product Returns

Limited Lifetime Warranty

  • uses only the highest quality stair and balustrade components on the market today coupled with the finest craftsmen and state of the art manufacturing processes in our field.  For these reasons we guarantee our products against any defect in our material or workmanship for as long as you own your home as described below.  Should any such defect occur we will repair or replace the necessary components free of charge at our discretion. Installing our products outdoors will not be covered by this warranty. Our products are for indoor use only.
  • Wood and iron have natural variations in color and pattern that enhance the uniqueness of the design and are not to be mistaken for defects.  It is the natural tendency of wood to expand and contract through changes in environmental heat and humidity.  These changes can cause unfinished wood products to change color, warp, and crack or otherwise deform.  Stain, paint and sealers provide a barrier that protects wood products from changes in moisture content thereby protecting them from such issues.  In order to ensure your wood products do not experience these issues, it is highly recommended that all wood products are installed and sealed within 14 days

Warranty Terms & Conditions

  1. Tools, equipment, accessories and supplies are not included under the terms of this warranty and are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty if applicable.
  2. Warranties will be granted by at our sole discretion.  Warranties are issued to the original owner after verification that the products were correctly installed within 14 days of receipt.  This warranty covers only those items that were stained, painted and or sealed within 14 days of receipt.
    • Sealed products must be digitally photographed and emailed to within 14 days of receipt.
    • To ensure receipt send only 2 picture attachments per email.
  3. If approved, a customer service representative will email your product Warranty within three business day of receiving your email.
  4. To file a claim, you must be the original purchaser, and provide your original approved Warranty and digital photos of the defective products.
